Had a great first day in Fianarantsoa helping the Doctors, Physios, and Nurses set up the second Spinal Cord Injury centre in Madagascar! I'll be here for the next week working alongside Dr Ram Hariharan, a Spinal Consultant from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, and Dr Steve Halpin, a rehab doctor from Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
